Patio restaurants allowed smoking. I thought that smoking, even on patios, was banned
We loved salsa weekend and also the spa/ oh and the food was great
It was clean quiet comfortable and in the center of it all
Our apartment was clean and nicely decorated. It had a nice view of the pool and the ski hills. We also had a full kitchen which was great. it was spacious enough for our family of 3, and would be great for a family of 4 as well.
Initially the room we were given was a different one.It smelled very strongly of room spray and faced a parking lot. I called the front desk to see if there was anything they could do... and they were very nice and gave us a new room immediately.
We were up graded and the room was very comfortable and scenic we would stay there again
We had a few difficulties figuring out where to check in and when asking for help at the information booth the lady working there was not very helpful and was kind of unfriendly
We had a wonderful adventure! The hotel, staff, food and all the conveniences we're all fantastic!
Signage wasn't very direct or clear for hotel location!
Beautifully designed village, great shops and restaurants. And it's not too far from Toronto! Even though it wasn't ski season, my senior mom and I still strolled the grounds, took the gondola, went into Colligwood and enjoyed ourselves.
Only small complaint, while staying one night at the Inn... I noticed there's a lot of noise from a air conditioning unit that was sooo loud impacting being on the balcony overlooking the hot tubs. Other than that a lovely resort especially the Village suites!
Location and facilities. Able to walk everywhere.
In need of a secure bike rack for storing bikes during stay.
Location is great alot to do spa scandinave amazing
Very noisy and we stayed at base of mountain and the noise from trucks grooming the hills was horrible also walls are paper thin might as well share the room with the guests next door - beds not comfortable.
Loved the view of the room overlooking the hills. Staff was helpful, and price was very reasonable.
Lack of public toilets outside of stores in village.
Cozy and beutiful
The extra cost for WiFi
Friendly staff and helpful when needed
no robes in the rooms, when we got there, the room they gave us still wasn't made up yet so when we went downstairs to tell them, they upgraded us so good on them for that. We really appreciated the one-bedroom suite!!!
The location within the village was excellent.
I thought it was over-priced for being out of season. We didn't see one other vechicle in the car-park.
beautiful location,interesting shops,good resturants,hotel room,spacious and comfortable and clean
hotel registration was difficult to locate. There was no information on the booking web page about a central booking location for the various room locations
The room was perfect but............
The service was terrible !! - LACK OF STAFF TO CHECK US IN -WAITED OVER 20 MINUTES IN LINE TO CHECK IN - NO SIGNAGE/ INFORMATION TO TELL US WHERE TO BOOK IN. WE FINALLY DECIDED TO GO TO THE ONLY LOCATION WHERE ALL PEOPLE WERE. WE WERE UNABLE TO GET ANY INFORMATION UNTIL WE FINALLY GOT TO THE CHECK IN COUNTER - NO STAFF TO ASSIST US OR TELL US WHERE TO CHECK IN , PRIOR TO OUR ACTUAL CHECK IN - WE WERE LUCKY TO FINALLY WAIT IN THE CORRECT LINE. - POOR PARKING - UNDERGROUND ALWAYS FULL .HAD TO PARK OUTSIDE IN PUBLIC LOT -POOR ATTITUDE OF CHECK IN STAFF BOOKING .COM NEEDS MORE INFO TO ASSIST THE ENTIRE CHECK MIN PROCESS
Walk to the bar and resturants
